Wine Details

“Our 2012 release of Liparita Yountville Cabernet Sauvignon is our single vineyard exploration of a beautiful benchlands vineyard in the Yountville Appellation. This Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon captures the frontier spirit intrinsic to Liparita founder William Keyes, who started the winery in 1880. This wine also reflects the unique characteristics of the soils in Yountville.”

Tasting Notes
The 2012 Liparita Yountville Cabernet Sauvignon is beautifully ripe with raspberry and strawberry notes. Layered with warm dark chocolate, exotic vanilla and clove, this full-bodied wine has a juicy rich center. Smooth and elegant tannins, the wine is fresh with good acidity and a very long, luscious finish.
